Competition Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE PROMOTION

The company Blackfox, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 2,000,000 euros, headquartered at 19 avenue des Pays Bas - St Germain sur Moine - 49230 Sèvremoine, France, registered with the Angers Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number RC 89 B625 APE 4649Z (hereinafter the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a free prize draw (hereinafter the "Promotion"), subject to the terms and conditions described in these rules.

Promotion Dates: from 05/18/2026 to 05/31/2026 (inclusive)

Name of the Promotion: "Mother's Day 2026"

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

This free Promotion is open to any individual of legal age, residing in Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Spain, or Italy, who has internet access and a valid email address (excluding employees of the Blackfox company). The mere act of entering this Promotion implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. 

ARTICLE 3 – ENTRY MECHANICS

This Promotion is a "Sweepstakes" style contest that takes place exclusively on the website blackfox-shop.com. Participation in the Promotion is carried out as follows on the dedicated page: Fill in the required data.

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

On June 4, 2026, two unique winners will be randomly drawn from among the entrants. They will be contacted by email to provide their shoe sizes for ordering the prize, as well as their postal address for the shipment of the prize.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The Promotion awards the following prize: one pair of "Dordogne" ankle boots engraved as a "special edition". In the event that one or more products designated in the prize package are unavailable or out of stock, Blackfox reserves the right to postpone the shipment of the prize or to replace the prize with an item of equal or greater value. The entrant will be informed of the prize details prior to their participation. The prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged for their cash value, nor for any other prize, nor exchanged for another shoe size. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even the trading, of the prizes by the winners. Shipping costs will be borne by Blackfox.  In the event of force majeure, the Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel the awarded prize(s) without compensation (e.g., account hacking, attempted fraud). 

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DISQUALIFICATION

Entrants authorize the verification of their identity and all information provided on the entry form. Furthermore, any breach of these rules, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating (e.g., fake accounts), regardless of the methods used, will result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant's participation.

ARTICLE 7 – MODIFICATION OF PROMOTION DATES AND EXPANSION OF PRIZE POOL

The Organizing Company shall not incur any liability if, in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, it is forced to cancel the present Promotion. It further reserves the right to extend or limit the participation period, to postpone it, or to amend its conditions, without incurring any liability. Addenda and amendments to these rules may potentially be published during the Promotion. They will be considered as annexes to these rules. Any changes will be communicated in advance by any appropriate means following the filing of the amendment.

ARTICLE 8 – USE OF THE WINNER'S IDENTITY

The personal data collected via the prize-processing emails is handled by the Organizing Company, acting as the data recipient and data controller, in accordance with applicable European and French data protection regulations. Your personal data (surname, first name,  postal address, shoe size) is transferred to our marketing and communication departments in order to send you the prize. The data collected during these exchanges will not be used for commercial purposes or resold.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITIES

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against potential misappropriation or piracy, and the risk of contamination by potential viruses circulating on the network. The Organizing Company declines any direct or indirect liability in the event of misuse or incidents related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of the Promotion's servers, the telephone line, or any other technical connection, or the dispatch of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the responsibility of every entrant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computing equipment against any attack. The Organizing Company will make its best efforts to allow access to the Promotion. The Organizing Company may, at any time, interrupt access to the website and the Promotion, particularly for technical reasons, updates, maintenance, or piracy. The Organizing Company shall in no case be held liable for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation may be claimed in this regard. Furthermore, the liability of the Organizing Company cannot under any circumstances be invoked in the event of routing problems or loss of postal or electronic mail (particularly regarding the delivery of prizes). Any prize dispatched by the Organizing Company to a winner that remains unclaimed or is returned for any other reason by the postal services will be forfeited by the winner and will remain the property of the Organizing Company. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the malfunction of the Internet network, nor for any delay, loss, or damage resulting from postal and management services.

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL, LITERARY, AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS

The images used on the Promotion website, the objects represented, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements, and the databases composing the Promotion website, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, or used without the prior written authorization of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings.

ARTICLE 11 – JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES

Any potential dispute regarding the interpretation of the rules will be decided by the Organizing Company. Entering this Promotion implies unreserved acceptance of (i) these rules in all their stipulations, (ii) the ethical rules in force on the Internet (netiquette, code of good conduct, etc.), and (iii) the laws and regulations in force on French territory, particularly the provisions applicable to games and lotteries. No telephone or written requests concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanics or modalities of the Promotion, or the list of winners will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a letter sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 30 days following the end date of the Promotion will be admissible. Except in cases of manifest error, it is agreed that the data resulting from the Organizing Company's Promotion systems holds evidentiary value in any dispute regarding the connection logs and the computer processing of said information related to the Promotion. Prior to any legal action related to or in connection with these rules (in particular their application or interpretation), entrants commit to seeking an amicable and out-of-court settlement with the Organizing Company. Entrants are subject to the French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts governing the registered office of the Organizing Company, subject to contrary mandatory provisions of public policy.
