ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME
Blackfox SAS, a company with a capital of 2,000,000 euros, headquartered at 19 avenue des Pays Bas - St Germain sur Moine - 49230 Sèvremoine, registered in the RCS of Angers under the number RC 89 B625 APE 4649Z (hereinafter referred to as the “organizing company”), organizes from 23/03/2026 to 31/03/2026 (inclusive), a free game without purchase obligation entitled: "Cocorico!" (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), according to the modalities described in the present rules. This Game is organized in the form of a “Quiz” contest.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free game is open to any adult natural person, with internet access as well as a valid email address, and residing in Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Spain, and Italy (except employees of the Blackfox company). The mere fact of participating in this Game implies pure and simple, without reservation, acceptance of the present rules.
ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This Game is a “Quiz” contest taking place exclusively on the website blackfox-shop.com. Participation in the Game is carried out as follows on the dedicated page: - Answering the quiz questions - Filling in the required data.
ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
On April 9th 2026, two unique winners will be randomly drawn from the participants who correctly answered the quiz. They will be contacted by email to provide their glove sizes and shoe sizes for the prize order, as well as their postal address for the shipment of the prize.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
The contest offers the following prize: one pair of Dordogne ankle boots or one pair of Allier mid-boots (winner's choice) and one pair of beech gloves. If one or more of the designated products in the prize are unavailable or out of stock, Blackfox reserves the right to delay the shipment of the prize or replace it with an item of equal or greater value. Participants will be informed in advance about the prize details before entering the contest. The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value, any other prize, or a different size. The organizing company shall not be held responsible for the use, non-use, or resale of the prizes by the winners. Shipping costs will be covered by Blackfox. In the event of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel the awarded prize(s) without compensation (account hacking, fraud attempts).
ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participants authorize the verification of their identity and all information appearing on the participation form. Similarly, non-compliance with these rules as well as any fraud or attempt to cheat (fake accounts), regardless of its modalities, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.
ARTICLE 7 – MODIFICATION OF GAME DATES AND EXPANSION OF THE NUMBER OF PRIZES
The organizing company cannot incur any liability, in case of force majeure or events beyond its control if it was led to cancel this Game. It also reserves the right to extend or limit the participation period, to postpone it or modify the conditions, its liability cannot be engaged as a result. Addendums and modifications to these rules may possibly be published during the Game. They will be considered as annexes to these rules. Any change will be subject to prior information by any appropriate means after filing the amendment.
ARTICLE 8 – USE OF WINNER'S IDENTITY
Your personal data is processed by the Organizing Company, acting as recipient and data controller, in accordance with European and French regulations applicable to data protection. Your personal data (name, first name, and postal address, shoe size) are transferred to our marketing and communication services in order to send you the prize. Your data will not be used for commercial purposes nor sold.
ARTICLE 9 - RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking, and risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. The organizing company declines any direct or indirect responsibility in case of misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or a malfunction of the Game servers, the telephone line, or any other technical connection, sending forms to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is up to each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The organizing company will make its best efforts to enable access to the Game. The organizing company may, at any time, in particular for technical reasons, for updating, maintenance, hacking, interrupt access to the site and the Game. The organizing company will not be in any way responsible for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation can be claimed on this account. Furthermore, the responsibility of the organizing company can in no case be retained in case of problems of sending or loss of postal or electronic mail (especially concerning the sending of the prizes). Any prize sent by the organizing company to a winner that is not claimed or returned for any reason by the postal services will be lost for the winner and will remain acquired to the organizing company. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the poor functioning of the Internet network, nor for delay, loss, or damage resulting from postal and administrative services.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC
The images used on the site of the Game, the objects represented, the mentioned brands and trade names, the graphic, computer elements, and the databases composing the site of the Game, are the exclusive property of their respective holders and cannot be extracted, reproduced, or used without the written permission of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
ARTICLE 11 – JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES
Any possible dispute regarding the interpretation of these rules will be decided by the organizing company. Participation in this Game implies the unreserved acceptance (i) of these rules in all their stipulations, (ii) of the ethical rules in force on the Internet (netiquette, code of good conduct, etc.) as well as (iii) of the laws and regulations in force on French territory, particularly the provisions applicable to games and lotteries in force. No telephone or written inquiries concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or modalities of the Game as well as the list of winners will be answered. In case of dispute, only a letter sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 30 days after the end date of the Game will be accepted. Except in case of manifest errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Game systems of the organizing company has probative force in any dispute as to the elements of connection and the computer processing of said information relating to the Game. Prior to any legal action related to or in connection with these rules (in particular its application or interpretation), participants commit to form an amicable and gracious recourse
