ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION

The company Blackfox, whose headquarters is located at 19 Avenue des Pays-Bas, ZA Val de Moine, Saint-Germain-sur-Moine - 49230 Sèvremoine, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 351 962 964 R.C.S. Angers, is organizing a free contest entitled “Blackfox Winning Tickets” (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest").

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Contest is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older residing in France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, or Portugal, who place an order on the blackfox-shop website during the period from December 9, 2024, to December 15, 2024. Employees of the organizing company and their family members are not eligible to participate.

ARTICLE 3 - CONTEST DETAILS

Principle: During the Contest period, 10 winning tickets (hereinafter "Winning Tickets") will be randomly distributed in the packages of orders placed on the blackfox-shop website. Distribution of prizes:

1 Green Ticket “Value”: one pair of DURANCE boots

4 Green Tickets “Value”: one pair of MARSCHAL clogs

5 Green Tickets “Value”: one pair of FRENE gloves

Claiming the prizes: Each Winning Ticket contains a unique code. To receive their prize, winners must send this code along with a photo of the winning ticket via email to contact@blackfox-shop.com no later than January 31, 2025. The prize will be sent to the address associated with the initial order.

ARTICLE 4 - SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners are those who receive a Winning Ticket in their package and submit their unique code within the specified timeframe. Winning Tickets are randomly distributed among the orders.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZE DELIVERY

Prizes will be delivered exclusively to the address provided with the initial order. No changes to the address or recipient will be accepted. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days after validation of the unique code by the organizer.

ARTICLE 6 - RESPONSIBILITIES

The organizing company cannot be held responsible for: Loss or damage of the Winning Ticket Incorrect transmission or receipt of information required for prize allocation Force majeure events affecting the delivery of the prize

ARTICLE 7 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with any of the provisions will result in disqualification.

ARTICLE 8 - MODIFICATIONS

The organizing company reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time, without prior notice, in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL DATA

The data collected as part of the Contest (postal address and order details) will only be used for prize allocation. They will not be sold or used for other purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

ARTICLE 10 - DISPUTES

These rules are governed by French law. Any disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of these rules will be submitted to the competent courts.
